🌸 THE MOXIE CLUB™
A 5-Week Confidence & Calm Program for Teen Girls
Many teen girls carry more stress than they show.
Some grow quiet, shy, and unsure of themselves.
Others become overly accommodating, saying yes when they mean no, working hard to please, and struggling to set healthy boundaries.
Both often feel overwhelmed on the inside, even when they look “fine” on the outside.
The Moxie Club offers a calm, supportive space for teen girls to slow down, build emotional awareness, and develop real confidence rooted in self trust.
Through connection, creative activities, and real life social practice, girls learn how to express themselves, navigate friendships, set boundaries, and feel more comfortable being who they are especially during major life transitions.
Who the Moxie Club Is For
The Moxie Club is designed for teen girls who often fall into one (or a mix) of these social patterns:
The quiet, inward girl
She may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of herself. She keeps emotions inside, struggles to speak up, and tends to fade into the background even when she wants connection. She often watches from the sidelines, wishing friendships felt easier and safer.
The strong, guarded girl
She has firm boundaries and knows what she’s comfortable with, but may come across as blunt, closed off, or distant. She avoids certain people or situations because they don’t feel right, yet sometimes feels isolated, misunderstood, or unsure how to connect without lowering her guard.
The in-between girl
Many girls move between both — wanting connection while also protecting themselves emotionally.
Moxie Club helps all of these girls build confidence, healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, and real-world friendship skills so they can connect without losing themselves.
Moxie Club supports teens who:
• feel emotionally overwhelmed or exhausted
• struggle with confidence or self doubt
• have difficulty expressing needs and feelings
• feel anxious during change or transitions
• want stronger friendships and self trust
This program is especially supportive during key life transitions, including:
• Rising 9th grade and the move into high school
• 10th–11th grade as social pressure increases
• Senior year and life beyond graduation
No diagnoses or labels are required, just a desire to grow, build confidence, and feel more comfortable being themselves.
What Makes the Moxie Club Different
Moxie Club is not therapy and not diagnosis based.
It’s also not a drop in group or a traditional “social skills class.”
Instead, it’s a guided, small group experience designed to support the whole girl not just her behavior.
Each session blends:
• emotional awareness and regulation
• confidence building and self expression
• healthy boundaries and communication
• stress management and coping tools
• reflection, creativity, and connection
Girls learn how their emotions work, how to express needs, how to navigate friendships, and how to move through change with greater calm and self trust.
Rather than being told what to do socially, girls build the inner skills that make confidence and connection happen naturally.

A Final Note
The Moxie Club is designed to feel calm, supportive, and intentional, not rushed or overwhelming.
Because groups are small, not every inquiry will result in a spot. Families will be contacted with next steps if the program feels like a good fit.
