A small, supportive group for teen girls who need help with confidence, friendships, boundaries, and being themselves around other people
Some teen girls look fine on the outside.
They go to school. They get through the day. They may even seem mature, capable, or independent.
But underneath that, a lot of them are struggling.
They second guess themselves in friendships.
They say yes when they want to say no.
They stay quiet in groups even when they want connection.
They come home drained, overwhelmed, guarded, or upset and have a hard time explaining why.
Some girls shut down.
Some over-accommodate.
Some come across as strong and distant, but still feel lonely or misunderstood.
Different patterns. Same deeper struggle.
They need more than advice like “just be confident” or “put yourself out there.”
They need real support in a safe environment where they can build confidence, practice boundaries, and learn how to connect with other girls without losing themselves in the process.
That is exactly why I created Moxie Club.
Who the Moxie Club Is For
Moxie Club is for teen girls who:
• struggle with confidence in friendships or groups
• feel socially unsure, awkward, guarded, or overwhelmed
• want connection but do not always know how to join in
• have a hard time speaking up, expressing needs, or setting boundaries
• tend to people please, overthink, mask, or shut down
• get pulled into unhealthy friendship dynamics
• seem strong on the outside but privately doubt themselves
• are going through transitions and need support navigating them
This group is especially helpful for girls who are:
• rising into high school
• moving through the more complex friendship years of 10th and 11th grade
• heading toward young adulthood and needing more confidence, self-trust, and emotional clarity
No diagnosis or label is required.
Just a teen girl who needs the right kind of support.
What Makes the Moxie Club Different
A lot of girls have already been through therapy or tried traditional social skills groups and still do not feel more confident in real life.
That is because many programs focus mostly on behavior. Moxie Club goes deeper.
This is not about teaching girls to perform, fit in, or memorize the “right” thing to say.
It is about helping them understand themselves, read social situations more clearly, build emotional awareness, and practice real-world confidence in a way that feels genuine.
Moxie Club is not therapy.
But it can be an excellent bridge for girls who are currently in therapy or have been through therapy and now need a safe, supportive place to apply those skills in real-world social situations with other girls facing similar struggles.
Girls do not need to be in therapy to participate.

Next Steps
If you’re interested in learning whether the Moxie Club is the right fit for your daughter, the next step is to complete a brief interest form.
This allows us to ensure alignment and preserve the supportive nature of the group.
A Final Note
The Moxie Club is designed to feel calm, supportive, and intentional, not rushed or overwhelming.
Because groups are small, not every inquiry will result in a spot. Families will be contacted with next steps if the program feels like a good fit.
